Meet Laura

Welcome! I'm Laura,

I believe families are happier when each member is thriving and can do what they love! I have seen many families struggle to find solutions to their health concerns, or give up doing the things they love because of their health. My passion is helping people help themselves, and get them feeling well so they can truly live their lives. I have a knack for finding obstacles to health, whether physical, mental, or emotional. I am passionate about living and promoting a healthy & balanced lifestyle and motivating others to do the same!

I believe when we are given support we can accomplish anything we put our minds to. I am interested in helping you be your best self so you can live the fulfilling life you aspire to. I know the path to healing is not linear; that is why I take the time to hear where you have come from and where it is you want to go. To learn more about, book a complimentary 15 minute meet and greet.

Let me worry about your health so you can spend more time with your family, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

why a naturopathic doctor?

In my first year in Kinesiology at Western University, my goal was to enter the health profession, but I was unsure what form this would take. It was not until I met with a Naturopathic Doctor that everything changed. I had never even heard of naturopathic medicine before, but after only a few minutes of conversation, I realized that this was my future. Naturopathic medicine treats the individual person, not just their condition. Naturopathic Doctors are trained to find the root cause of conditions and create a strategy towards improved health. We work with you to better your health and become your best self. Naturopathic medicine combines my love of teaching and health with my passion of truly making a difference in people’s lives!
